Choose your own instructor and choose your own knitting adventure. Our roster of warm and friendly instructors are ready to help you tackle your next skill or project at your convenience.
The duration of each session is 30 minutes with the option to book 2 sessions back to back for a total of 60 minutes.
New dates and times are added every 2-3 weeks so check in on our booking calendar regularly.

Meet Our Teachers
Angel
Angel is the founder and proprietor of TWB. Nicknamed "MacGyver" at one point by an old roommate, Angel is a true "jill-of-all-trades" known for her warm and friendly demeanor and "will-do, can-do" spirit. While embracing her adult ADHD diagnosis in recent years, Angel enthusiastically approaches creativity and community building with empathy, flexibility and humour. Her goal is helping others feel confident and capable in their making journeys.
Jasmina
Jasmina is Fort Langley resident who has been knitting almost every day for the last 20 years. She is an equal opportunity knitter who enjoys knitting just about anything, but her favourite is sweaters.
Jasmina has experience teaching many knitting classes such as socks, brioche, beaded knits, and sweater finishing techniques. But her favourite classes are help sessions that help knitters solve problems with their works-in-progress.
Julia
Julia is an English teacher by day and knitting instructor by night. A self-proclaimed sock knitting specialist who is often found juggling multiple cast-ons at once, she is passionate about introducing new knitters to the vibrant fibre arts community and helping them hone their craft. A Fort Langley local, she can often be found walking her dog along the water with her family and a strong cup of coffee.
Marilyn
Marilyn has been seriously knitting for 40+ years. She lives in Walnut Grove/Langley with her husband and canary. Having worked in two local yarn shops for a combined total of 14 years, Marilyn has extensive teaching and yarn experience.
She enjoys knitting a variety of items (and has MULTIPLE WIPs on the needles!) but her favourites are sweaters, socks and shawls. A process knitter, it’s all about the “how” and “why” for Marilyn -- not necessarily the end product.
Marilyn has studied finishing techniques and pattern drafting in the Nihon Vogue Certificate Program and has done Level 1 of both the Canadian and American Master Knitter Programs. Marilyn enjoys teaching knitters and sharing her knowledge with the goal of helping knitters to become “thinking” knitters who are more self-reliant and confident in making their own choices. She believes that to be a good teacher means being a perpetual student and to that end is always trying to expand her knitting knowledge. Her current course interests revolve around sweater fit within various sweater styles/construction.
